Some interesting things are happening: massive "venue" investment, a brand new Master Plan [so, Zoning on the able for 2025-2026], new mayor after many years, the possibility of the largest development in the city's history [The "Three Towers"], all amid the constant fiscal-crisis theater which is the state of Michigan. And, of course, the Housing Crisis.
